- All orders are shipped within 2-3 days once your payment has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship using Indonesia Pos Office International Package which estimated arrival time 8-20 (business days).
- You can check the status of your package at any time, at www.usps.com with the tracking number we gave you.
- If you have not received your item within 30 working day please contact us.

Delivery Time
The goods will arrive within 8-20 business days, depend on the destination. Please notice that in some rare occasions it may take 21 – 28 business days. Please be advised that if you use forwarding address, the delivery time can take longer.

The parcels are collected by Indonesian Post at 10 a.m. West Indonesian Time (UTC/GMT +7). Orders received after 10 a.m. are sent on the next business day. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Indonesian public Holidays are sent on the first working day following reception.
