For the Reshipment / New package replacement Terms and conditions, as we Guarantee on our store, the terms are :
1. For the reshipment, we must wait the package back here to Indonesia before we resend the new package ( OR the package is not moving since the date it being held by US customs for 1 month).
2. IF the package is being held by your customs for more than 1 month, we will send you NEW PACKAGE, but if the original package / both package arrives later, you need to pay for the 2nd package.
